Ticket machines
Ticket machines are located on the concourse level at the Biltmore Room entrance, 45 St, and 47 St. An AirTrain ticket machine is located next to the ticket office at 47 St.
There are no ticket machines at the mezzanine or platform level. Buy your tickets before going downstairs.
Waiting area
The ticketed waiting area and nursing room are located on the concourse level at 47 St.
Customer service
The ticket office is located on the concourse level at 47 St and is open daily from 6:10 a.m. to 1:15 a.m.
Grand Central Madison is closed every day from 2 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. During those hours, all Long Island Rail Road service to Manhattan goes to Penn Station.
Public restrooms
Three sets of restrooms are available at concourse level:
- Between 44 and 45 Streets
- Between 46 and 47 Streets, next to the ticket office and MTA PD
- Next to the 47 St entrance
There are no restrooms at the mezzanine (downstairs) level.
