Montauk Branch Service Change
From September 14-16 and 21-23, midday Montauk Branch trains will operate on adjusted schedules as we test the tracks to ensure rail safety. Some trains between Babylon and Patchogue/Speonk are cancelled – substitute bus service will be provided, or you can use other remaining trains.
Some key service changes are highlighted below:
- The 7:47 a.m. train from Penn Station to Babylon will depart stations Woodside through Amityville up to four minutes earlier than usual. This train provides connecting service from Woodside to the 8:17 a.m. train from Jamaica to Port Jefferson.
- SFCC Customers: The 12:51 p.m. train from Montauk to Speonk will depart 13 minutes later, at 1:04 p.m.
