Subway service changes: June 3-6

We’re replacing tracks, fixing signals, and making structural repairs. Here’s how that will affect your commute this weekend.
Updated June 3, 2022 11:23 a.m.

June has finally arrived, and with that comes beach season. And if you're heading to Rockaway Beach this weekend, we have good news: Every weekend through Labor Day, the Rockaway Park Shuttle runs to and from Rockaway Blvd, and you can transfer from any train. Learn more about getting to NYC beaches in this handy guide.

Even if you’re not heading to the beach this weekend, we’re here to help you get to where you’re going. For more details on how service will be affected across all modes of transit, check out our Planned Work tool and search for your subway, bus, or rail line.

These service changes are subject to change, so check the MTA homepage before heading out; it's where you'll find up-to-the-minute information on subway, bus, and rail service.
