“The NYPD’s presence at subway stations continues to pay off as alert officers spotted a woman evading the fare and when stopping her, discovered a loaded gun and an outstanding warrant. In addition to taking a weapon out of the transit system, it drives home that those who want to prey on people in the transit system should expect to be caught and face justice.”
